Need "Sync" button on Uploader to deal with charging or disconnected times. about android-uploader

Right now, I force this by force closing the uploader app and then starting is again, but thats a hack. A button will be much better.

I could not get that to fire off consistently. On my LG G2, I have to start from a clean restart or the uploader does not want to start pulling data.

Just be sure we're talking about the same thing, this is the "Force stop" that I use:

I have the same problem. You shouldn't have to force stop to stop the app.
The onDestroy method seems to be inncorrect. I will take a look.

With @bosh now using the Chromodex app to pull data back and forth from Mongolab, it would be REALLY nice to have a tool that fills in the blanks. This came back up the other day, so I'm poking it a bit...

#25 is WIP refactor that will have a 2 day sync button (not currently there). It is stable to test, plan is to have most features done by friday.
