I used the correct webhook url and doesn't work it says the error above i saw an issue and I followed what you said (I set chat url to 0)and the same error happens..

Does the server has access to the Internet? The server needs it for the plugin to work.
Which host are you using BTW?

I host the server on my phone idk if its problem.But I have internet connection.

I think that that is the problem, can you try enabling debug (if you haven't already) and sent output?
Which app are you using to host the server on your phone?

I have debug to 1

I'm using PE Server app with php 7.2.
And the error is this:

As what I know there's no support for CUrl on android, I'm sorry 😔
