The information is stored in Keychain Access (/Applications/Utilities/). If you open it up, and search/delete the put.io adder entry, it should let you login again.

Let me know if it works for you!

+1 - This bug has render the app useless. I've tried deleting the preference files and it still doesn't reset the user account it's trying to connect to. Where is this information stored?

Was able to reauthenticate once I deleted the item in Keychain. Back in business! Thanks for the app.
