Seems related to the GitHub CLI authentication which misses SSH config:

This issue occurs if GitHub CLI has no SSH config, i.e.:

$ gh auth status
github.com
  ✓ Logged in to github.com as nicokosi (GITHUB_TOKEN)
  ✓ Git operations for github.com configured to use https protocol.
  ✓ Token: *******************

It can be fixed this way:

$ gh config set git_protocol ssh --host github.com
