Here's how you can handle "events" from the vue-component directive: https://github.com/ngVue/ngVue#handling-events. We can't use Vue events as we're in AngularJS context.
I'm sorry you don't find vprops convenient. Do you have something better in mind?

How to write the "closeTag" function in angular, and receive the "close" event?

If you want to communicate from a Vue component to an AngularJS component, you can't use events. You have to use callbacks that you need to pass through vprops, as stated in the doc. I'm closing this issue as this is not an issue.
