Totally true, the whole WIKI becomes outdated. Let's make this a ISSUE to fix
before
releasing 1.3.0, which we will release before the end of NOV?

Agreed with the soon release idea. Many changes/fixes have been made and 1.2.1
is
quiet old.

Thanks to MacPorts project (http://www.macports.org/) libnfc 1.2.1 have packaged
under MacOS.

I have had contact with Ryan Schmidt <[email protected]> to request a
package
update. Thanks to him, the request is now in macports issues tracker.

If some MacOS users could help...

- pkg-config installed by:
     sudo port install pkgconfig
- glib installed by:
     sudo port install glib1
- libusb installed, making sure it's the x86_64 version (when on the latest OS
