"Channel Messages" display do not show sent messages about connect

Currently Mirth only stores in the incoming HL7 message in the table, not the transformed message. Also, the message status is always set to received for now, it does not get updated to sent even though they are (this is a known bug). We are currently working on a new message flow architecture that will alow for both of these problems to be fixed.

This issue has been addressed by the new message object architecture. The message list will now containt one entry per destination in the case of router channels which will contain both the raw incoming message as well as the transformed and encoded outgoing message.
