I am trying to understand what is the issue you face, but I am not sure I get it.

What changed to your account by the upgrade to Business Trial that now requires full reconfiguration? You lost some settings with the upgrade? This should not happen. Which settings?

The other guy posted the same thing and seem everyone got it perfectly.

As for forced account update, yes, it's clear I'll have to reconfigure everything. If I even continue at this point, as I lack the time necessary to go through it all at this point.

I am very sorry for inconvenience.

However, I don't see what you need to reconfigure. Your agents should be working as before, your data collection jobs should be operational too, your custom dashboards should be available like before, and your users should be able to login and use Netdata too.

Since, you can't provide any clue on what is wrong. I am closing this. Feel free to comment if you can provide some information to help us understand the issue you face.

@grantmucha hey. It looks like the apps.plugin is not running.

Can you do:

• restart netdata service; wait 10 seconds.
• and share
  • ps faxu | grep netdata
  • journalctl _SYSTEMD_INVOCATION_ID="$(systemctl show --value --property=InvocationID netdata)" --namespace=netdata (logs since last netdata restart)
