The idea pad is a4 size, but it's actually printed on a larger piece of paper and cut into a4 size. Therefore, the upper left corner of a4 is not the coordinate 0,0.
The actual area of this note is left 5.48, top 16.02, width 88.58, and height 114.73 in ncode coordinates.
If you write at the bottom of the note, 16.02 + 114.73 will be the y-coordinate.
