Line wrap after To: for long addresses about neomutt

hmm... I think that the wrapping is the correct behaviour for the headers when sent,
(@gahr can probably confirm this)
but NeoMutt didn't use to wrap the first line when editing.

The backtrace is:

• mutt_addrlist_write_file()
• mutt_addrlist_write_wrap()
• addrlist_write()

I've run a git-bisect and the behaviour changed with b89d8f3. Before this commit, there was no wrap after To:.
