Latest master branch does not build on aarch64 about neo-ai-dlr

Also, could you please check what version your CMake is using cmake --version? We require 3.13 now which has to be built from source: https://neo-ai-dlr.readthedocs.io/en/latest/install.html#building-for-nvidia-gpu-on-jetson-devices

Alternatively, you can install the prebuilt DLR for Nano using:
pip3 install https://neo-ai-dlr-release.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/v1.2.0/jetsonnano-aarch64-cu10-ubuntu18_04-glibc2_27-libstdcpp3_4/dlr-1.2.0-py2.py3-none-any.whl

Unfortunately had to move on, and basically checkedout a previous version of dlr from about 3 weeks ago. So I don't have the error message.

CMake, I am using: v3.16.8

Version that I know works for compiling on the jetson nano is: git checkout 862da2d
