Add sandbox feature about nelmioapidocbundle

Is the sandboxing mechanism thought to be a part of this? to provide dummy-data etc, or is that out of the scope?
Currently the implementation from @K-Phoen uses sandbox_target config property to provide base URL for the API providing the sandbox?

Suggested improvement: automatically add parameters with empty values in the sandbox gui based on the parameters available for the request.

@grEvenX the sandbox_target aims to be the way to configure an app with dummy data. It can be a new app hosted somewhere, or another controller with a dedicated env.

Keep in mind that you can export a single HTML file that has everything (doc + sandbox), so the sandbox_target should be an absolute URL.

For your suggestion, I thought it's the case, but not for GET parameters.. ping @K-Phoen
