I figured I'd go ahead and link to the PhoneGap Build Plugin page for Streaming-Media so people can monitor it themselves. There's been no change. It's still in "Pending Review" status.

And wouldn't you know it... as soon as I give an update, they update the status of the plugin. However, they version on PhoneGap build is 0.1.2. I've submitted an update to them for 0.1.3, but it is still pending. 0.1.3 updated the way video layout was handled in order to fix an issue where the audio could be heard, but the screen would be black until the user rotated the device. You can use 0.1.2, but you'll want to update to 0.1.3 as soon as you can.

I'm going to go ahead and close this issue, since the plugin is now present on Build.
