This essentially makes toolbar navigation using ViMac quite difficult currently. Could the hint mode text be redrawn/stay on after a hint is entered perhaps?
The flow would be something like:
- Hint mode enabled with shortcut
- AA opens menubar item
- Hint mode stays on/is redrawn and menu context items now have hints
The main issue is how to know when hint mode should stop. I currently have the function key mapped to enable hint mode, so perhaps function could exit out of hint mode? So the shortcut key acts as more of a toggle.
Just my 2-cents! Thanks for making such a cool utility anyway.
