Noticed this aswell and looked into it. From the looks of the Chrome extension , the "profile colour" is picked from a bookmark. I never noticed this. I tried creating a bookmark to bootstrap this myself, as Autochrome did not do it properly upon reinstall, but creating a bookmark actually crashes the Chromium processes. I didn't look into why, but the User-Agent will not work until bookmarks start working again.

Hi @baesenseii. Try PR #45, it should fix your issue. You will unfortunately have to have all profiles re-installed, which will wipe all your current profile settings (Extensions, saved passwords, etc.)
You can do this with $ ruby autochrome.rb -P.
