Translation to Hindi about trust

@Grv-Singh apologies for not responding earlier. I have added you as collaborator. Also sharing the files with Hindi translation. Index.html is fully translated. Words.html only began translating. The translations need to be completed, checked, improved.

Question about github-
I was thinking people could see the hindi translated code versions - are you not able to see it? How can I make it open so that people can see it/ work with it?

I also wondered if someone was working on the Hindi version. I will do it. I have an uneven sense of github, HTML code, Hindi and English. Need to consolidate and augment upon that - would love to have your helping hand.
