README Discrepancies about jetstream

cool - we have an number of these nats-req/nats-sub/nats-pub commands and alas not all are equally blessed, I've been meaning to update the ones in the JSM binary with better ones - or maybe the underlying natsbox ones which are awful.

Now using synadia/jsm:0.0.8, it seems that point 3 above (nats-req ORDERS.scratch hello does not respond with +OK) has been "fixed" as it does now respond with +OK.

hmm, that tells me something else is going on, i didnt touch that between these releases.
