Implement UI components about android-lollipop-pencil-stencils

This is a fantastic collection, many thanks.

I can think of a few more items that would be super awesome to include, forgive me if any of them are silly ideas, I've only just started using Pencil.

Loading Spinner (just the static image)
Text (rather than using text from another collection)
Sidebar
Plain Colored area

@nathanielw Have you considered adding a keyboard? I am new to Pencil but if I get some time I will try and figure out how to create it myself this weekend and submit a pull request. Thanks for sharing!

@kyhule A keyboard would be great! If you don't manage to put it together let me know and I'll definitely build the element when I next get the chance.

@nathanielw So I think the keyboard may been a bit too complicated for my first attempt at getting my feet wet with Pencil Stencils. I think I will let you handle that. Definitely gives me more of an appreciation for sharing these stencils with us. Maybe I will try one of the more simple components from your list.

Thank's a lot for this amazing collection ! Very useful !
I've just discovered Pencil to make some wireframe about an android project and i found this collection !
May i ask to add some icons like the three dot menu, menu in the Action Bar, a generic contact face, phone, internet etc... and maybe a placeholder for image (to avoid other collection) ?
