set up SWRevealViewController about conduit_app

Menu pops out, but doesn't show the menutableview, just a blank table. Next step (tonight): figure that out.

Make sure that the tableviewcontroller's number of sections function
returns 1 and the number of cells function returns 3

Oh wait nvm, the prototypes there can be used to link pages but still need to be displayed by the table view. What we need to do is implement the uitableview data delegate functions:

cellForRowAtIndexPath
numberOfSectionsInTableView
numberOfRowsInSection

and create a constant array with the string literals we want as menu buttons. we should leave the prototypes, as it makes it easy to drag them to other views and create SWRevealViewControllerSegue segues

Update: last task here is to make sure that if you tap the item, it takes you to that screen.

Timeline: tomorrow evening, start making this work. Discuss in Tuesday SGM if there are implementation issues after that.
