Warning in fsockopen when Solr is unavailable (error_reporting = E_ALL | E_STRICT) about solr-php-client

ob_start();
$fp    = fsockopen($this->_host, $this->_port, $errno, $errstr, $timeout);
$error = ob_get_contents();
ob_end_clean();

if (!$fp) {
  throw new Apache_Solr_Service_Exception('Solr unavailable');
  return false;
}

This is actually a duplicate of issue #7
