URL with /com after the host causes unexpected 404 error about httpclient

The script above works for me. What env are you using? OS? ruby -v?

I get a direct message from this user: It happens for the user on ruby 1.8.6 (2007-09-24 patchlevel 111) [i386-mswin32]

But it works for me on both of followings.

• ruby 1.8.6 (2007-06-07 patchlevel 36) [i386-mswin32]
• ruby 1.8.7 (2008-08-11 patchlevel 72) [i386-mswin32]
