You use AdSense ads in your blog, right? They significantly reduce blog performance.

If you really want to improve performance while using AdSense ads, you need lazy loading of them.

I don't recommend it because there is a risk of violating AdSense policy. Though lazy loading may not help enough with auto ads, it has a huge effect on others.

Regarding auto ads, I think it is generally good to reduce them to the minimum number without putting them at the top of the the blog.
