Deepfacelab not utilizing GPU, failing, even though all depencencies fulfilled, python sees GPU about deepfacelab_linux

reinstall the OS GPU driver or cudnn from within the env?

conda create -n deepfacelab -c main python=3.7 cudnn=7.6.5 cudatoolkit=10.0.130

yes, the enviornment is created acording to the instructions.

The GPU driiver doesnt seem to be the problem. other applications run fine on the GPU.. should I downgrade cuda or something? does the env cuda hae to matc the OS version or something? everything seems to be in order, I'm not sure what the problem is.
