RoomRecipes should also be able to evaluate input to see if it meets criteria.

From the perspective of analysis code, a room is just a list of ParquetStacks.

On the other hand, to support knowing when a player has entered a room and where the room is there ought to be a Room struct/class that remembers its location and bounds as well as its contents.

A Room Recipe is:

• an ID
• a Name
• a Minimum Walkable Space count;
• a Minimum Enclosing Space count;
• required Floors contents (normally any);
• required Blocks contents (perimeter only);
• required Furnishing contents (never empty);
• a priority to weigh this definition against others.

Note that as designed it isn't possible to specify that a room must contain a given liquid.
Maybe this is not an issue?
