Corrupted characters on fresh ubuntu install about clojure-lanterna

I took a quick look at how this could be resolved.

The following code can be used to resolve available font families:

(import java.awt.GraphicsEnvironment)

(.getAvailableFontFamilyNames (java.awt.GraphicsEnvironment/getLocalGraphicsEnvironment))

AFAIK, it is not possible to find out the font preferences of user, so some kind of heuristic matching common monospaced font names against the return value of getAvailableFontFamilyNames could be used instead.

This could be done in terminal/get-terminal, when TerminalFacade/createSwingTerminal is called.

@slj Any thoughts on this? If the above fix seems ok, I can do a patch.

Actually, this is probably something that should be fixed in lanterna itself, see http://code.google.com/p/lanterna/issues/detail?id=20. In the meantime, using logical font family "Monospaced" seems to fix this, and that coiuld be fixed in clojure-lanterna, at least when :swing is explicitly defined.
