Lost wallet about multibit-website-legacy

Have a read of the help section called 'File descriptions'. The very first wallet created would be called multibit.wallet so have a look at that and the files in multibit-data.

I cannot find any file called "multibit.wallet"

There is a file called untitled.wallet and then there are files under the
folder the "untitled-data" All these wallets are empty.

I am running mac os 10.8.4 and latest multibit

You might have created your 'untitled' wallet somewhere else e.g. Documents. Perhaps search the whole disk to find it and open it,
