[data grid] using `columnGrouping` feature with `disableColumnPinning` throws an error about mui-x

Thank you for using MUI X Data Grid.

Which package version are you using? That's an issue with the v6 version of the application.
In v7, I can not observe it anymore: demo

Could you possibly migrate to the v7 or for v6, instead of disabling column pinning, you could either keep hiding the column menu as you do in the above example or use column menu API to hide pinning items. From the end user's perspective, it will be equivalent to the disableColumnPinning passed with no error being thrown.

I see that v7 is still in beta, I prefer to move when it's out of beta, do you know when is that supposed to happen?

I guess I can do your workaround for now, but this is still a bug in the latest stable version (v6 )

Hey @JohnMusleh we plan open releasing the stable v7 by 21st of March, so it is not too far off. If nothing blocks us from releasing it. To be safe you could target an upgrade by the end of the month.

Until then you could use the provided workaround. Would that be a feasible approach for you?
