Thanks for reporting this @nipunHabilelabs! I did some digging and discovered that the random Unsplash photo URL is no longer functional.

I found this reddit comment that explains what happened:
Thank you for reaching out to us about source.unsplash.com! We do want to let you know that source.unsplash.com was created before the Unsplash API. Unfortunately, Unsplash no longer provides any support for source.unsplash.com. We only left up this option for legacy developers who had been using source.unsplash.com before the Unsplash API was created. If you plan to use Unsplash images, it can only be through the Unsplash API since that is all we support at this time.
The blog template which also uses the random photo URL is also busted: https://mui.com/material-ui/getting-started/templates/blog/
So it appears that this is no longer a viable option for inserting random photos into the templates. I think adding API calls for this purpose is unnecessary. The templates are currently getting a complete overhaul but it's still not a good look for these to be broken. I guess the simplest solution would be to just hardcode some Unsplash photo URLs that look nice, and update the screenshots on the Templates page accordingly. @danilo-leal what do you think?

I agree, yeah! Regarding the sign-in side, specifically, @zanivan tackled this already; just waiting to resolve the tests there so we can merge the fix. Maybe it'd also be good to fix the blog in the meantime, too. This issue is also actually a dupe of #42649 😃 So, closing this one in favor of the first.
