Some way from NSInputStream? about freestreamer

Currently NSINputstream is not supported but a nice idea, I think. This could be realized like this:

• Change the FSAudioStream interface to accept NSInputStream as well
• The NSURL methods should be actually wrappers to return an NSInputStream as well
• A generic astreamer/Input_Stream class should be created
• Move the general input stream handling logic from astreamer/HTTP_Stream to astreamer/Input_Stream
• Make the rest of the streaming logic in astreamer to use Input_Stream instead of HTTP_Stream

Notice that after Input_Stream would be used, some operations, such as seek() may not be possible for other than HTTP_Stream.

Considering Multipeer Connectivity allow to send Audio as NSInputStream to other peers would be a interesting feature

Local file playback was now implemented in commit 17a7d67

I don't want to make the interfaces more complicated by using NSInputStream so just supply a local file URL and it should play. See:
