My first major project is a map-making app using customizable Leaflet.js maps. I wanted to dive in and learn how to make a full-fledged app, and I am interested in geographical data and representing it on maps.

I purchased a Fitbit smart watch around the time I started learning web development, and found out their SDK is based off of javascript! I thought it was a perfect way to translate some of my new skills and design a watch face for their app gallery.

I have been a singer/songwriter for many years, and my first real interaction with web design was a personal website to share my music with friends and family.
