NumericField: Hold spin buttons to keep increasing/decreasing about mudblazor

Since the field is of type numeric, on mobile devices a numeric keyboard should show up (it does for me at least):

I think I'd personally prefer typing in a number manually versus using the up and down arrows, but I don't see anything that speaks against adding that feature. Even on mobile it should be usable if the field is not Dense.

Don't know how it is done today but I imagine you'd just need to hook up the mousedown event to the up/down arrows?

Closing due to the lack of standard way of implementing it. Trying to get it aligned with all platforms will take too much time.

Tho I'm not a fan of using the Timer.
