Additionally here is a screenshot of my 3.1 upstream channels as shown in the Hub interface to aid matching of values as I've noticed they're not documented here.

@cg0 The channel frequency caused a bit of confusion, in the screenshots it says the first active subcarrier is in Hz, but I think that's a typo and should be MHz, given that I have committed what I think is working D3.1 support.
