PR #14 solves point 1 and 3

- Add tests to verify correct project generation: I.e. run cookiecutter and make sure that directories and files with correct names are generated. Then we can run sugardough tests against this new environment.

We sort of have this now. You can cd into sugardough and run tox but it's currently failing.
