mini-table class, left most TD gets squished about fxoss

Note also the table does not extent the full width of the content area. It should according to the PSD.

The default-table extends the full width with the same styling as the mini-table. The mini-table is meant mainly for areas where there is a title on the left hand side.

Adding a new class two-column to help address this and line table elements up with the columns below as in the PSD.

Fixed for desktop, still happens on mobile layouts.

@bensternthal the above screenshot is indicative of an issue with .mini-title and not table related classes. Can we close this ticket and open another specifically for the .mini-title issue?
