Registration: Integrate Salesforce into registration flow about fxoss

Will this be bidirectional and/or updateable a la a local User Profile?

My understanding is no. This information gets shipped off to salesforce and is not saved on the site. The only thing that is saved on the site is the login information (username/pass).

@bensternthal Let me refine my question....if a User comes back to his profile at some point (to change their password, for instance), do these Salesforce specific fields appear at all, or just the local database fields (f_name, l_name, email, password, etc)? If they do appear, we'll need to read them from SF since we are not storing locally.

@bensternthal correct, unidirectional. Data goes to Salesforce.com after registration to keep as a record, but we are not going to be querying salesforce.com directly.
