CSS Properties don't obey the styles whitelist about bleach

Looks like html5lib always whitelists certain properties, and fairly important ones:

• background-*
• border-*
• margin-*
• padding-*

As long as the values are in acceptable_css_keywords.

Interestingly, this meant you could leave background out of the whitelist, but not background-image or background-foo. I'll be filing a ticket with html5lib for that.

Only whitelist what's in the whitelist.

Legitimately, it might be valuable to allow shorthand in the whitelist to allow the explicit versions (e.g., putting border in the whitelist also whitelists border-left, etc). I think that's what html5lib was going for, but they weren't assuming anyone would change the whitelists, which seems silly. Anyway, that's a separate issue.
