Build faild on CentOS about lua_sandbox_extensions

The parquet-cpp rpm has to be installed. The version that builds a proper package is here: https://github.com/trink/parquet-cpp/tree/cpack_support

I checkouted cpack_support branch and cpacked a rpm

but got a new error

As said in the README, only build the modules you need.

So unless you need kafka, disable it.

@sathieu yes, I have read the README, I do need kafka, but not parquet.
I do this just for making sure they can be build

Then you need to install librdkafka as well. FYI: I fixed the typo in the VAR name, it used consistently so it is not an issue, but it will be in my next set of commits.
