Cannot apply disguises as the join event does not work about entitydisguise

EntityDisguise was designed and tested for API 7.1.0 Snapshot - it has not been updated since then. The real 7.1.0 release did have some changes, but EntityDisguise still worked (at least I didnt have any errors reported). We are now on API 7.1.6 as a recommended version that got rid of some of the shortcuts the snapshot api allowed.

In this case the builder for the manipulator was missed out as the snapshot didnt require it and it wasn't included in the docs for the data api (as the docs was still showing API 6.1.0 documentation ... even in the API 7.1.0 snapshot). So now a builder needs to be included.

I have little time to program sponge plugins, so updating EntityDisguise will be difficult but I will see if I can find the time.

Ok, well if you don't have time to work on it I'd love to try and help work on updating it.

By all means send a pull request, when i have time to look over your code (There are tasks that i do that I can multitask on such as eating) ill pull it to the master and then release the update, ill also credit you for the update. Such as I did here #2
