It's already fixed in 12b4a62 commit (To fix issue #14). Guess you are using 3.2.0-rc2 or older releases. Please use the latest codes from the master branch (https://github.com/morteza/bootstrap-rtl/tree/master/dist/css).
Here is how your code looks like in the latest Safari, Chrome, and Firefox using latest bootstrap-rtl.css:
