Crash when running executable with weird casing about proto

I updated but the fix didn't seem to take. Additionally, proto run DENO gives a similar error (not sure if this is supposed to be case-insensitive as well)

Okay. Deleted my whole proto installation and reinstalled and now the fix took. The shim had also not been logging in response to $env:PROTO_LOG but now it is. I have no idea what caused that - maybe it was an old plugin or something else stale.

The args have to be correct in this case.

I forgot to bump the shim version in the PR, so the new shim won't replace the old one -_- I'll bump it in the next PR.
