examples/mixed-list doesn't load about montage

This example is failing because the checkbox component in index.html doesn't reference any element but that is strictly required by every native control in deserializedFromTemplate.

I believe @kishores was working on moving that code out of deserializedFromTemplate to the assignment of an element.

@aadsm, I have pushed the code to change from deserializedFromTemplate. There is a Pull request pending for this.

@kishores will that will the list example? I'm waiting for it to be fixed to use it as the best practice for some things I need to refactor in Screening

@eliseosoto, The deserializedFromTemplate changes are in a Pull Request (https://github.com/Motorola-Mobility/montage/pull/96). According to @aadsm, the changes in that pull request should fix the List problem and hopefully yours too.

Hi, pull req #96 fixed my problems with List, however I don't know if it was intended to be merged into master.

Master does not contain the fix for #92, are you planning to pull it into master too?

No because it's an hack, we're figuring out how to solve this the right way.
