atm and bank operator not shown when entrance node is set about atm-map

Hi,
Thanks for the advise. I have not found an explanation in short time.
I have to take a longer inspection.

I just had another look. Looks like it's missing the "entrance" node for the area calculations (excluded in https://github.com/momolinus/atm-map/blob/master/webcontent/atmmap.js#L81), therefore the area calculation fails. Firebug shows:

TypeError: wayNodeIds[nodeId] is undefined
areaNodes.push(L.latLng(wayNodeIds[nodeId].lat,
atmmap.js (line 169, col 4)

The symbol is then shown on the entrance node because it's a node with tags but without the atm tag (https://github.com/momolinus/atm-map/blob/master/webcontent/atmmap.js#L116)
