CheckRetryable type definition incorrect about moleculer-template-project-typescript

I think the type is correct as it is currently defined. In looking at the retry middleware, the expectation is that any error could be passed to the check function, not only a MoleculerRetryableError. By default, the MoleculerRetryableError will pass the retry check, but other errors will not since they will not have the retryable flag set to true. Basically, the check function needs to be capable of receiving any error, which is how the CheckRetryable type is currently defined.

Ok, so how do I get past the error in the broker.config.ts? That was generated by the template. Should the template be changed to define the proper error function?

I was unfamiliar with the template but I took a look. It appears to me that the type of the error is defined incorrectly in the template and that is the source of the problem. The template would need correcting since the declaration file appears to be correct.
