Checking the HTTP-Header it turned out as follows:
Request: GET /manager/?a=resource/create&class_key=Article&parent=12&context_key=lab&template=7 HTTP/1.1
Response: HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently
When renaming all .htaccess-files, nothing changes. What does this 301-redirect mean?

Only workaround for now: Duplicate an article and use it as new one. What could be the reason?

Maybe it helps somebody. Articles is not developed anymore, "Collections" is the way to go: https://modx.com/extras/package/collections
