I've actually already created a swift version of likeornope which behaves the same as the original. I'm new to GitHub, what is the proper way of submitting the new files for other people to use? @modocache

Done. I have pushed and created a pull request for my swift version of LikedOrNope and called it SwiftLikedOrNope. The README has also been updated.
