_transform() got an unexpected keyword argument 'is_train' about open_clip

FYI - deleting is_train will cause your learned model to be less accurate because it will disable train-time augmentations. It would be better to instead fix your path so that it imports our _transform.

I think the issue here is that you've separately installed OpenAI's clip module, and your path is configured so when you import _transform you're importing OpenAI's _transform and not the one from our repository. If you check clip.__path__ you should be able to see if this is the case.
