Using sphinxdoc theme which fixes the monospace font size and looks nice anyway.
Waiting on whitelisting at readthedocs.org (due to autoclass usage).

This is done but....

• see if inline literal font can be made the same size as the normal paragraph font
• include the html docs in the release
• use readthedocs.org for the hosting
• have the docs be automatically uploaded
