Does this refer to installing test_requires dependencies as regular ones? If so, +1 to that.

Huh? cpanminus already installs test_requires as regular dependencies. (Eek, there's no such thing as test_requires. It's just an alias of build_requires in Module::Install)

This refers to the equivalent of 'test' command in CPAN shell, which is just to test the distribution but doesn't actually install it. Since we have --notest option the new --test option would be quite confusing though.

Implementing it as --test-only so as it won't be confused as --notest.
