Timer fails for code with more than 1 OpenMP thread - results in timer values either on the order of 0 or 1E8.

This issue was fixed by modifying the Timer class to use omp_get_wtime() instead of using the sys/time utilities. In addition, per Jeff Hammond's recommendation, linking with bglib64 rather than lib64 for the bgxlc++_r compiler allows results in sensible timing results (ie, -R/soft/compilers/ibmcmp-may2013/lib64/bg/bglib64 in the linker flags option for bgxlc++_r in config.py).
