I have tested your configuration as-is, and it works fine for me. Make sure you have executed /slp enable once to enable the plugin. If this doesn't help, which platform are you running the plugin on (Spigot, BungeeCord, ...)?

I'm running it on nothing. I just pasted it in my plugin folder. The MOTDC works fine but only the players section doesn't work.

Have you installed the latest ProtocolLib development build? You need it for most of the advanced features.

I have installed ProcolLib and now everything works (play.bosscraft.eu)
